|Dr. Knight Elected Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons|
Bradford Scott Knight, M.D. was inducted as a Fellow
of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) on Feb. 8, 2012 during
ceremonies at the Academy's 2012 Annual Meeting in San Francisco, CA.
Knight was one of 620 new members inducted. The AAOS has more than 37,000
Dr. Knight practices at Prince William Orthopaedics,
Hand Surgery & Sports Medicine Center in Manassas, Virginia. He specializes
in Sports Medicine and General Orthopaedics. He is a member of the American
Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, the American Medical Association and
the Medical Society of Virginia.
Dr. Knight completed his Orthopaedic
Surgery Residency at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine.
Following residency, he completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at the UHZ
Sports Medicine Institute in Coral Gables, where he served as an assistant team
physician for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the University of Miami, and Florida
International University. Dr. Knight has presented research internationally and
nationally on shoulder and knee injuries.
