|Prince William Hospital Physician Named Top Hand Surgeon|
Prince William Hospital physician Subir Jossan, MD,
was recently named a Top Doctor in the United States by U.S. News and World
Report for Hand Surgery. Dr. Jossan is one of two physicians in the state of
Virginia and the only hand surgeon in the Washington, DC metropolitan area to
receive this honor.
Dr. Jossan of Prince William Orthopaedics, Hand
Surgery & Sports Medicine Center in Manassas, is a Board-Certified Fellow of
the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and specializes in upper extremity
problems of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder in pediatric, adolescent and

Dr. Jossan completed his medical degree, internship and
residency from the Medical College of Virginia. He then went on to complete a
fellowship at Yale University in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery in 1999. Dr.
Jossan founded Prince William Orthopaedics, Hand Surgery, and Sports Medicine in
1999, the same year he joined the medical staff at Prince William Hospital.
