Having an Emergency?
If you think you are experiencing a heart attack or stroke, call 9-1-1 immediately and ask to be taken to the Novant Health Prince William Medical Center's Emergency Department.

Our expert team of Board-certified emergency-medicine physicians, along with our nurses and technologists trained specifically in emergency care, treat patients in all types of emergency situations. In addition, we offer the latest in patient-monitoring systems, advanced-imaging technology, on-site labs and fast access to state-of-the-art surgical suites.

If you or a loved one experiences any of the following symptoms, immediately call 9-1-1: 

  • Chest pain 
  • Stroke 
  • Serious injury or trauma 
  • Difficulty breathing.
