The program is guided by skilled professionals who are trained to provide quality care. We work hand in hand with your physicians and other professionals to design a treatment plan just for you.

Our Home Health department is affiliated with Prince William Hospital. It is a licensed Medicare and Medicaid certified agency. We are also accredited by the Community Health Accreditations Program (CHAP). A professional advisory committee continually reviews our services. Our highly qualified staff is committed to providing personalized home care services to persons in Prince William County and surrounding areas.

As a part of the Prince William Health System, we bring to you and your family the standards of excellence you would expect from highly trained healthcare professionals with the dedication and personal touch of a home care agency located in your community.

Most home care services are covered by insurance. Because we are a Medicare-certified agency, there is no charge for services to Medicare beneficiaries who meet the home care requirements. In addition, we accept private and commercial insurance, workman's compensation, and Medicaid. Home Health bills your insurance company directly.

Home health care may be indicated for patients who need skilled monitoring of their medical condition, IV therapy, rehabilitation, or management of their medical needs. Personal care assistance is available when a skilled service is indicated. Our goal is to educate the patient and family in the proper management of the patient's medical routine.

Call our office at (703) 369-8448. Our patient care representative will work with your physician and the entire health planning team to develop the personalized plan of care ordered by your physician.

Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our nursing services are available seven days a week. A phone call will put you in touch with a nurse 24 hours a day.
